What We Run.

Day-to-Day Operational Execution

The gap between a plan on paper and work getting done is where TTL Operations lives. We take the strategy you already have and run the daily execution behind it.

Event and Program Setup

Registration tables, sign-in materials, staging and teardown for community events like park days and back-to-school drives. We show up with the setup and work the whole day.

Volunteer and Team Coordination

Getting people organized, briefed and in the right place, in matching shirts, doing the right job. We coordinate the crew so your staff can focus on the people you're there to serve.

Support for Community Partners and Small Businesses

We partner with community organizations, growing small businesses, entrepreneurs and contractors who need operational muscle behind their programs and projects.

Hourly Operational Support

Work is billed at $100 per hour, and quotes are free. Tell us what the job involves and we'll tell you what it takes.

Who's behind it

We Bridge Plans and the Work Itself.

TTL Operations started in 2026 with a simple premise: most organizations are not short on ideas, they are short on the people and structure to carry those ideas out. We were built to bridge the gap between strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution, and we've partnered with community organizations, growing small businesses and forward-thinking entrepreneurs to do exactly that.

In practice that means being on site and in the work. Running the registration table at an outreach event. Coordinating volunteers so a back-to-school drive actually reaches the families it was meant for. Handling the setup, the staffing and the follow-through so the people running the organization can stay focused on the mission instead of the logistics. We serve the towns and neighbors around Richmond and Lexington, Kentucky, work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, and quote for free. Clients vouch for the same two things: it gets done right the first time, and it gets done faster than they expected.
